In a digitally disrupted world, Charlotte’s work on developing the Digital Excellence Program (DEP) model has helped to create sustainable destination networks of engaged and empowered stakeholders who all understand the immediate benefit of improving their own digital footprint and thereby improving the destinations overall digital presence.

Charlotte is a firm believer that facilitating digital excellence at the stakeholder level with the overall goal of serving residents as well as meeting the visitor where they dwell online is a critically important role for all destination organizations.
